He is not very good in studies, but can be called so so. He studied for some years in St. Stephen's High School, Tinsukia. Then, from Class IV (four) he was moved to another school in the town i.e. A New High School, Tinsukia.

He is a cheerful person. He didn't use to care, whatever is happening around him. We often used to tease him for this quality calling him 'BINDAAS' which may be referred to have the same meaning as 'COOL'. This is the main reason, why we are not able to understand, what happened to him as such that he went away from home.
